We would like to invite you
to the
2nd meeting of Arts
Therapists in Slovenia, which will take place in
Portoroz (at the slovenian seaside), from 11th-12th April 2008!
Although
the deadline for Call for Papers is already on the 20th December,
please feel welcome to contribute - just give us at least a short
notice, saying you would like to present a paper, before that date and
a detailed description can follow a bit later.
Deadline for
registration was on 20th of January, but we think they don't leave you
in front of the door, if you go there :) (webmasters note: sorry, information cames a
bit late due to the small web-admin-capacies at the moment, but

next MT World Congress 2008 takes place in Argentina. At our link-section (Upcomming events

Sabine from the Netherlands joins the EAMTS board. She is in
the CONFERENCES and INEX-comission. Mostar-Project
2007 is finished! In the weekend from 10 till 12 november all
participators are coming together to evaluate the project. The project
went very well and we worked in 7 different locations in
Mostar! An article coming soon! Check out the project
site! The St. Petersburg project is
developing. More comming soon on our project-site.

Therapy Conference in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, 15-19th
August!

Dear
Colleagues,
We
would like to remind you of the European
Students' Research day, which
takes place prior to the Symposium for Qualitative Music Therapy
(organised by the IMB) on the 2nd of September 2007
(Venue: University of the Arts Berlin, Mierendorffstr.30, D-10589
Berlin). On
the day, music therapy students and students of related disciplines can
get together, discuss topics of interest and participate in workshops
run by internationally acclaimed music therapy experts. The fees for
the day will be €10,- per person. (We are attaching a flyer for the
research day). First of all, thanks to all of you, who are
participating as speakers on the day. We would also like to ask you
once more to pass on this information to your students (if applicable),
and to encourage them to come along.

möchten Sie nochmals an den Europäischen Forschungstag für Studierende
erinnern, der am 2. September 2007 im Vorfeld des Symposiums für
Qualitative Musiktherapie stattfindet (Tagungsort: Universität der
Künste Berlin, Mierendorffstr. 30, 10589 Berlin). Dieser Tag soll es
Studierenden ermöglichen, sich auszutauschen und an Workshops
teilzunehmen, die von internationalen Experten der Musiktherapie

We have been given a student symposium at the upcoming 6th European
Music Therapy Congress in Finland (June 16-20, 2004). In previous
congresses, not much attention has been paid to students and our needs.
This is an exciting breakthrough. We want to invite students who are
interested, to use this opportunity to talk about their theses,
experiences or projects at this symposium. We therefore do a "call for papers"
that all interested students also send us their details and ideas so
that we can start with the organisation of this symposium (HURRY!!!).
There will be a lower fee for students at the conference and to make it
better affordable we are also working together with the Finnish
students to get cheap or free accommodation ( camping can be fun also,
can't it ? ) and lower travel costs. 18
